This trip was definitely one of my highlights from this summer. From incredibly photogenic locations like place above to AMAZING daily gelato to lounging around on beaches. Here is a peak into what my trip looked like.
One of my favorite places that we took a train to was Cinque Terre. This means the five islands. These islands are so incredibly iconic and known for their views, beaches, and beautiful water. Whether you know it or not you have definitely seen pictures from these dreamy locations. Cinque Terre are shown above in the beach pictures above. If I could have picked one place to stay longer out of all the locations in Italy I traveled to, Cinque Terre is definitely it.
The large white buildings in the pictures above are in Pisa, Italy. I am sure you have heard of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which is shown above. Although I absolutely love the Leaning Tower of Pisa and all the buildings that are with it, this was not my first time going there and honestly, I think once is enough especially because Pisa is very touristy purely for the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Personally, I prefer traveling to less touristy places as you get to learn more about the country and meet the people.
Another touristy, but definitely worth checking out location is The David by Michelangelo. Although there is a very long waiting line to get into the museum, seeing The David in person is indescribable. To fully understand that a single person created this incredibly realistic sculpture of marble is unbelievable.
If you have any ideas of posts that you would love for me to do whether its makeup, fashion, or traveling. I am open to your ideas so feel free to comment down below ideas!! I think I’m going to do another blog post like this one for my other trips this summer… xx
